Process

1. Send me an email with:

• A few sentences describing your livelihood.
• A few bullet points on why you are looking for someone like me.
• Three slots in your schedule in the coming week or two for us to have a 1 hour call.

2. I’ll respond in a day or so with a time and a link for video call. Or, if you’d like to meet in Margate we can do that in-person.

3. We’ll meet for an hour and get to know each other.

4. If you’d like to take the conversation further after that, I’ll write and send a proposal for contractual purposes. I bill hourly at £100 + VAT, invoice in-arrears on a calendar month cycle, and consider payments late 10 days after you receive them.

5. We’ll likely then start with a 3-4 hour meeting - ideally in-person. We’ll cover some context and background, current issues and opportunities, and where you’d like your trajectory to be in the medium and long term. I’ll ask questions and make suggestions throughout. We’ll also discuss how options for carrying on further.
